Improvisation means making it up in the moment. In business, and in life, we must think on our feet. But how we do it, and how we respond to the demands on our time in the moment, decides whether we’re effective leaders or paralyzed followers. The time I’ve spent at the The Upfront Theatre over the years in classes and performance have made me a better business woman, and a better human being.
